Warranty of our products

Nanocable from 1 January 2022, offers a 3-year warranty from the time of purchase, so it will always keep the purchase ticket or invoice containing the date of purchase. The distributor or retailer from whom you purchased the product will attend to your claim and offer technical service while the warranty is in force.

The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused in the product due to:

1. Not following the user's manual.
2. Modifications or alterations of any kind.
3. High and low temperatures, humidity or contact with liquids in the use of electronic products.
4. Worn and scratches caused by daily use.
5. Incorrect voltage supply in products that require it.
6. Use the product with any other device which is not the one indicated for its use.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper use. In case you are not familiar with its installation, we recommend that you ask a professional for help.

Products may be subject to variations due to stock change, product improvement or printing error.
